Agency Recruitment Policy


SRS has an internal recruiting team that runs like an agency and specializes in filling all openings with qualified candidates without search firms. From time-to-time, we select an agency to help with a search.

Fee Agreement: A fee agreement/contract must be signed by the Director of Talent Acquisition in order to be considered as an agency vendor of SRS. We will review and sign yours if it meets our criteria.

Unsolicited Resumes: Agency recruiters may not submit unsolicited candidate resumes or their information to any SRS employee, including an SRS Recruiter unless a contract is signed and you are given permission by the Talent Acquisition team to work on a job opening.

Resume Submission: Resumes must be sent to an SRS Recruiter. SRS will not be liable for any fees if candidate is hired directly or from another search firm within the contract terms stated in the contract if resume is not received by Talent Acquisition. In this instance, agency waives any claim to compensation.

In summation, agency agrees that SRS will not be liable for any fees for any unsolicited candidate that is submitted without a written contract with Talent Acquisition. You further agree that submitting such unsolicited information or not submitting it to our department is done at your own risk and will be deemed to have waived any claim for compensation.
